User Groups

SIIM recognizes the synergy created when individuals working with the same technologies are brought together to form a community. SIIM-affiliated user groups are just such communities that leverage the power of their multidisciplinary memberships to achieve decidedly beneficial results that could not otherwise be realized.

SIIM-affiliated user groups provide an independent environment that fosters the free exchange of ideas among like-minded professionals who can identify strategies for tailoring products and services, and advance the effective utilization of systems. Moreover, as a user group member you are afforded unique access to your product vendor—you are assured that your voice is heard.

SIIM-affiliated user groups bring together and provide benefits to all categories of SIIM members - individual, institutional and corporate. Though it is not necessary to be a SIIM member to participate in a SIIM-affiliated user group, all SIIM institutional members in good standing will receive a 50% discount on their user group membership dues.
